Questions

Do you replace our accounting software?

Usually not. We build the part your software doesn't do well, the weekly work around it, and give you files it can import. If you have no system yet, we'll tell you honestly whether a ready-made one fits better.

Can it read our suppliers' files?

Yes, if they come as PDF, Excel or CSV. We start from real files you already get, so the first version works on your own documents.

Is this accounting or tax advice?

No. We build the tools; your accountant decides how things are booked. We follow their chart of accounts and rules.

Where is our data kept?

Where possible the system runs on your own computer and saves to your own files. If a shared database is needed, it is set up in your name, on your account.
